  2. Prepare 640 ml of sparkling water or lemonade.

  1. Mix the juice and sparkling water / lemonade together in a jug.
  2. Fill each glass with ice cubes and divide the fizzy juice between each glass.
  3. Sometimes sparkling water on it's own can taste bitter. Adjust to taste with some sugar, sweetener or agave nectar. I used 2 sweetners in mine (oh the shame!).
