  1. It's of Flavoured coconut yogurt/low fat slightly sweetened Greek yogurt.
  2. You need of Banana/pineapple/blueberry.
  3. You need of Almonds /coconut.
  4. You need of Pumpkin seeds/flaxseeds.
  5. It's of Granola/cornflakes.
  6. Prepare of Honey.

Healthy summer breakfast step by step

  1. Pineapple/mango and almond parfait.
  2. Layer yogurt,mango,cornflakes.
  3. Repeat layers and top with honey,almonds and flaxseed.
  4. 2. Blueberry puree parfait.
  5. 1 cup blue berry,half cup orange juice.cook till thick sauce ready in few minutes.Sugar optional.
  6. Once puree cools down,pour it in glass and add flavoured yogurt.
  7. Top layer granola and berries.
  8. Mango flavoured yogurt parfait.
  9. For fruit puree,blend together 1 to 2 slices of mango with 2 tsp yogurt,top this flavored yogurt with cornflakes banana,grapes and kiwi fruit.
