- You need 500 ml of hot water, just boiled.
- Prepare 3 of ordinary teabags - not fancy tea.
- It's 4 of large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted.
- You need 1 of juice of a lime, 2 tbsp.
- You need 700 ml of gluten-free ginger ale.
- You need 240 ml of sparkling/carbonated water.
- It's to taste of agave nectar, syrup or honey.

- Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes. Remove teabags and let tea cool completely.
- Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree. You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer.
- In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste.
- Chill before serving. Makes just over 2 litres.
